Finishing Trades Institute Labor-Management Cooperation Initiative
The LMCI for Glaziers and the International Union of Painters and Allied Trades (IUPAT) is a joint program between labor (IUPAT) and management (contractors) to improve the competitiveness, training, and market share of union contractors and workers in the finishing trades.
