St. Louis
Community College - Florissant Valley
This state of the art facility called the Nursing and Health Sciences Center is home to a new bachelor’s program in respiratory care and will provide expanded capacity for the college’s dental hygiene and radiologist technology programs. This building was constructed in 2024 and was one of 4 buildings in the SLCC family build after a tax increase was passed to bolster training programs in St Louis County. It was a 100% Union project that Midwest Glazing installed the systems without a single lost time injury.
2017
Barnes - Jewish
West County Hospital
Constructed in 2017, this much needed addition to the St Louis Hospital group Barnes Jewish Christian is a 108 bed hospital that has received numerous awards. The skilled men and women of Glaziers Local 513 installed the Architectural Metal and glass to insure there would be zero air and water infiltration that can lead to mold and other issues that cause unhealthy air inside of hospitals.”The employees and medical staff at Barnes-Jewish West County Hospital strive to provide extraordinary care and outstanding service each day. 2022-2023
Forsyth
Forsyth Pointe was built in 2022 and 2023. It is the new home to Emerson Electric and several law firms in the heart of Clayton. IWR North America was the Glass contractor that installed 100% of the exterior glass using a pre-glazed system which allowed the panels to be installed using a crane. This property is a two tower complex with shared roof top amenities on the low rise connector. It is a stunning accomplishment in the heart of Clayton.

Mercy - Center for
Performance Medicine
The Mercy Center for Performance Medicine & Specialty Care is one of the largest outpatient surgery centers in the United States. Our 272,000-square-foot, five-level outpatient center in St. Louis will deliver a comprehensive, technology-driven, personalized patient experience from driving into the high-tech garage to leaving. The center features multiple specialties, including precision medicine, an imaging center, an outpatient lab, a retail pharmacy, and a cafe.”
This is another project by IWR-NA . It’s state of the art medical equipment helps thousands of people each month and was constructed on time and under budget due to the hard work and professionalism of all the trades people involved.

Principia College
Horizon Glass helped construct this new “Government building ” in the heart of Principia’s amazing campus. The glass system featured what is called a “Cassette” framing. This consists of a frame around the glass that snaps into a series of clips in a main frame that gives the glass added protection and a better weather seal for the building itself. This job is among many buildings that Horizon Glass has helped construct over its 41 years in the business. It also came in under budget, on time and without a serious injury.
